Check-in time is 2pm. Check-out time is 11am. Please confirm availability and cost for early check-ins and late check-outs with our guest relationship manager at least 12 hours in advance.
The primary guest must be at least 18 years
Government regulations require us to take photocopies of a valid photo identity card and address proof of all guests at check-in. PAN cards are not accepted. We are unable to proceed with check-in without these documents and the booking will be considered a ‘no show’ without a refund.
The rate per night does not include charges for services such as airport transfers, restaurant reservations, personal chef’s fees, etc.

The following cancellation policy will be applicable as per our Company regulations:
If the guest wishes to cancel prior to 30 days of the check-in date, 100% of the booking amount will be refunded.
For any cancellations made within 30 days of the check-in date, the booking amount will be non-refundable.
Refunds are applicable only in cases where 100% payment has been made; partial payments are non-refundable.
**Refunds will be processed in 7-9 days post cancellation request.
